Apple-Vegetable Soup

Method
- Cut the kohlrabi, carrots, celery and pepper.
- Sauté them in a large pot with a little oil until just cooked.
- Add the vegetable broth and simmer 30 minutes.
- Peel and core the apples, then add them to the pot; cook another 15 minutes.
- Let the soup begin to cool; take a little broth, mix it with the flour, then pour it back into the pot, stirring carefully.
- Bring back to a boil.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: blend the soup, to taste.
