Local companion

My path

In short: this page helps you return to readings you began on Ortodoxia Simplu. It asks for no account, sends nothing to the server, and does not try to measure your spiritual life.

Everything stays on your device.

A path kept locally

The companion uses only your browser's local storage. If you use another phone or clear the site's data, the history here disappears. The site also keeps working normally when local storage is blocked.

M1

Recent readings

The list below appears only on the device where you read the pages. It brings you back to the approximate place where you stopped.

M2

Questions for the priest

Keep here the questions that arise while reading, together with the page that raised them. The list stays local and can be printed before a parish conversation.

M3

Private pomelnic

Keep here first names for prayer at home: for the living and for the departed. The pomelnic stays on your device and appears discreetly under the candle when you light it.

This digital pomelnic helps the memory of personal prayer; it does not replace the pomelnic given to the priest at the Proskomedia, in the real life of the Church.

M4

Liturgical rhythm

One nearby marker from the calendar, shown without pressure and without notifications. If there is no suitable marker in the coming days, nothing appears here.

M5

Saved pages

Articles, recipes, saints or psalms you choose to keep on this device. You can prepare them offline and export them into your own file.

Why so discreet?

Ortodoxia Simplu remains a signpost toward the Church, not a destination that keeps you captive. The companion helps memory, but it does not replace the guidance of a priest, confession, the Divine Liturgy, or life in a parish.
