Oven-grilled salmon fillets with vegetables

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Arrange the salmon and vegetables in a dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
