Buckwheat with Mushrooms

Method
- Cut the onion, carrot and mushrooms.
- Cook the mushrooms with no oil until the water evaporates.
- Add the onion, cook until translucent, then the carrot.
- Add the buckwheat, season with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water, cover and cook 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
