Buckwheat with Mushrooms

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the onion, carrot and mushrooms.
  2. Cook the mushrooms with no oil until the water evaporates.
  3. Add the onion, cook until translucent, then the carrot.
  4. Add the buckwheat, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add 2 cups of boiling water, cover and cook 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
