Poached apples stuffed with walnuts

Method
- Core the apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix the dates or raisins, walnuts and cinnamon; stuff the apples.
- Place them in a pot, pour water halfway up and cook 20 minutes over low heat.
- Let cool and scatter extra walnuts before serving.
