Roasted Fish with Apples and Grapes

Method

  1. Rinse and dry the fish fillets.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
  3. Let rest 10 minutes so the fish takes on the flavour.
  4. Thinly slice the apples.
  5. Mix the apples and grapes with 2 tbsp of oil and the honey or agave syrup.
  6. For freshness, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or some lemon zest.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  8. In an oven dish, place the fillets on a thin layer of oil or apples so they don't stick.
  9. Spread the apples and grapes over the fish and bake until the fish is cooked through.
