Roasted Fish with Apples and Grapes

Method
- Rinse and dry the fish fillets.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
- Let rest 10 minutes so the fish takes on the flavour.
- Thinly slice the apples.
- Mix the apples and grapes with 2 tbsp of oil and the honey or agave syrup.
- For freshness, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or some lemon zest.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- In an oven dish, place the fillets on a thin layer of oil or apples so they don't stick.
- Spread the apples and grapes over the fish and bake until the fish is cooked through.
