Mediterranean Fish Fillets

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil; add the tomatoes and herbs and cook 5 minutes, optionally with sliced zucchini.
- Place the fillets in a dish, coat with the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the lemon slices and bake 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve hot.
