Vegan Panna Cotta

Method
- Mix the fruit juice with the plant milk.
- Take a small cup of the mixture and stir in the agar-agar.
- Heat the rest of the mixture in a saucepan until it boils (or about 85 °C).
- Add the agar-agar mixture, stir well and let it simmer a few seconds.
- Pour into a bowl or glasses.
- Refrigerate several hours, ideally overnight, so it sets properly.
- Optional: serve with pieces of raw fruit or compote.
