Vegan Panna Cotta

Method

  1. Mix the fruit juice with the plant milk.
  2. Take a small cup of the mixture and stir in the agar-agar.
  3. Heat the rest of the mixture in a saucepan until it boils (or about 85 °C).
  4. Add the agar-agar mixture, stir well and let it simmer a few seconds.
  5. Pour into a bowl or glasses.
  6. Refrigerate several hours, ideally overnight, so it sets properly.
  7. Optional: serve with pieces of raw fruit or compote.
