Lenten Cornbread

Ingredients
Method
- Mix the flours, baking powder and salt.
- Add the sparkling water and stir until you get a thick batter.
- Fold in the vegetables, if using.
- Pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or add a few pieces of olive.
- Bake 25-30 minutes at 200 °C, until golden on top.
