Lenten Cornbread

Lenten Cornbread

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the flours, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add the sparkling water and stir until you get a thick batter.
  3. Fold in the vegetables, if using.
  4. Pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or add a few pieces of olive.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes at 200 °C, until golden on top.
