Oven-roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
  2. Cut the squash(es) into slices.
  3. Mix the oil, honey, thyme, tamari and rosemary leaves.
  4. Place about 1 tsp of the mixture on each slice, set on baking paper on a tray.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, until the slices are tender and lightly golden.
