Oven-roasted Butternut Squash

Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- Cut the squash(es) into slices.
- Mix the oil, honey, thyme, tamari and rosemary leaves.
- Place about 1 tsp of the mixture on each slice, set on baking paper on a tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the slices are tender and lightly golden.
