Solan Sisters' Rayonnaise

Ingredients

• • 200g precooked rice cream
• • 34g mustard
• • 10g sugar
• • 8g salt
• • 100g olive oil
• • 70g walnut vinegar

Method

1. Place everything in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender. Best made the day before.
