Pan-fried shrimp with garlic and parsley

- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic and cook 1 minute, without burning.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook 3-5 minutes, until pink.
- Off the heat, add the parsley and lemon juice before serving (with mashed potatoes or rice).
